Potato Seed | Bellanita Fingerling

Bellanita are an early to maturity fingerling that produce a high amount of tubers. They are medium in size and have fairly consistent long shapes, with an attractive yellow skin and pale insides. They are a firm cooking potato making them great for boiling and baking. This is the preferred 'tater for potato salads!
